Our 1901 Victorian Guest House has been lovingly restored, and still has the original floor tiles, marble fireplaces and gorgeous stained glass windows. View Devils Peak from the cosy garden. There is a swimming pool, braai facilities, and secure parking. Walk to UCT and Rondebosch, close to Rhodes Memorial, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Groot Schuur Hospital, Newlands Sports Grounds and various golf clubs. The airport, city centre and Victoria and Alfred Waterfront are only 15 mins away, all accessible via the nearby main highways.

The guest-house has seven en-suite bedrooms and a two suites. All the rooms are large, some of them can accommodate up to three children sharing with adults. Well behaved children are welcome. All rooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, direct dial telephones, TV & M-net, radio alarm clocks, safes & hairdryers and heaters. Included in the price is a full English breakfast and continental buffet which is served in the sunny bistro. A three course dinner is served on request.

Airport transfers, car rental and tours can be arranged. The conference centre is separate from the guest house which can accommodate up to 15 delegates. Included in the conference package are morning & afternoon tea & coffee, and a 2-course home cooked lunch. We do cater for vegetarians & Halaal. Full use of the standard equipment plus stationery. is also included. Specialised equipment can be hired in. Carmichael is 500 meters away from UCT middle campus.
